We went to visit Uncle Mike and Jener in Texas this week! We stayed with Papaw and GG at a really nice rental overlooking Canyon Lake and were able to spend some good quality time with family. Other than Papaw's run ins with a few unruly deer in his car, we had a great time!
We did a little shopping and ate lunch at Willy's. Uncle Mike bought Avery some Hello Kitty sunglasses and flip flops and a Sophia shirt. She thinks he rocks! He also got Bryce a little toy guitar to play with.
The beach path from our rental took us to a beautiful spot on the lake. We had fun playing in the water and just enjoying the serenity and view. It is very peaceful and gorgeous there, and the deer all over the place along with the other wildlife made it even more beautiful.
There were some really unique and cool trees! They were perfect for climbing!
We got some lunch at Fox's Pizza and met Uncle Mike, Miss Katrina, and the kids at Landa Park. They had lots to play on, a great train ride, and it was a very pretty park. The next time we visit we want to go to the water park area there!
