Matt is the athletic trainer at MC, and Avery has always loved him. When he got engaged to Heather and asked Avery to be the flower girl, she was so excited and I was too. However, I was a little apprehensive because of Avery's fears and anxiety. We went to a wedding a short while after to see how she would do, and let's just say, it didn't go well! Dad went into the hospital as we were heading to the rehearsal, so I didn't get to go to that part with her. Thankfully, after a meltdown with her Daddy, Avery relaxed. She did AWESOME the following day during pictures and the ceremony. She was so precious, and we were SO proud.
